We warrant that the jewelry products are as depicted in their product photos and descriptions, including materials used.
The products are truly one of a kind, hand crafted jewelry creations, inspired by nature, universe, spiritualism, and travels. The creator of this website will not do bespoke jewelry creations. The jewelry products are often seasonal in nature, i.e., holiday-themed jewelry for sale during December.
Sales and Returns
All orders are done in an informal basis, via PayPal Checkout and cash (in-person) transactions. USD currency will be used. We are not able to hold orders for fulfillment at a future date. This is largely a hobbyist endavor, not an actual business.
All products sold are not returnable. Copper jewelry, for example, tarnishes naturally from exposure to air and skin oils. Silver may tarnish naturally when exposed to air. Jewelry wiring, finishes, and connections may be fragile and break easily and unexpectedly. That said, all products will be made in high quality.
An exception to the no-returns policy- Please notify the website operator upon receiving your order, and finding defective/damaged items. Sometimes, jewelry items may be damaged during shipping. The website will provide a refund for damaged jewelry items due to shipping, if a claim has been made within seven days of the order shipping date.
The shipping and handling window is very small. Order cancellation requests, if any, need to be made quickly within one business day.
Shipping and Handling
This website will use a flat rate shipping and handling cost of $4 dollars per jewelry item for U.S.-bound orders. All jewelry items will be mailed via USPS 1st Class Mail Parcel. We may refund some of the shipping costs for multiple jewelry items in a single order, if we are able to mail all items entirely in a single order. Handling costs are not refundable because of transaction fees increasing with the amount of jewelry items in a single order, and larger shipping envelopes/boxes may be needed.
All orders will be ordinarily be shipped in within 1-2 days of PayPal confirmation of payment. If there is an unusual delay, the website operator will contact the customer via email.
